Less than 35% of college graduates work in the field of their degree. I am part of that statistic. My unconventional path led me to higher education, where I spent over a decade in leadership roles before transitioning to the SaaS sector to build the very technology driving institutional change.

This dual perspective taught me three critical truths: technology is only as powerful as the people operationalizing it, strategic decisions often stall in execution, and the rapid pace of the market consistently outpaces institutional adaptation.
